Amazing how literally every poor bottom of the table side looks like a strong, refined and polished possession team vs this Man United.

He said polished possession team. With 40% possession you're never a possession team.

I said "look like". That's the impression you get watching this Utd team play vs relegation fodder.

Re: 2018/2019 Premier League Discussion Part III
I know they looked like shit. Mourinho has to go. Surely the limits of this team isn't what we see on TV. I think a better manager could have achieved more with these players.
Re: 2018/2019 Premier League Discussion Part III
I have never seen a manager so good at dominating domestic leagues as Guardiola since the retirement of Fergie. He's murdering the living crap out of the PL and he doesn't seem to have an equal among the managers working today.
My only regret is that Fergie is no longer active. Can you imagine him and Guardiola, the two most lethal and consistent league managers in recent times, going head to head for the PL trophy? That would've been a glorious battle.

If we take their CL final meetings into account, I think I can imagine who would have won

i do agree that pep is the best manager in the world but the city squad is so stacked that you have to expect them to dominate this lge.The Demon of Carthage wrote:I have never seen a manager so good at dominating domestic leagues as Guardiola since the retirement of Fergie.
