Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
Juventus’ Beppe Marotta believes there are two ways for football to leave the loan system behind – reserve teams and the right to buy back players.
Juve will be one of the teams most affected if FIFA decide to abolish the loan system, but Marotta insists it will not disrupt the Bianconeri, as long as Serie A promotes two alternatives.
“Worried? We’ll see, it’s something we’ve known about for 2-3 years and we’ll have to adapt to it,” he told Corriere dello Sport.
“How? With the introduction of reserve teams and the right to buy back players.”

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
I know a couple of other ways:
1) you can reduce the number of players a club can sign and loan per season.
2) you kill the loan system altogether
Marotta only talks about things that advantage him. You can't force a club to insert a buy back in a deal and reserve teams lol.
I'm sure people can come up with other ways but the point I think is to rid of a system clubs like Juve abuse to exploit young players. 41 kids on loan lol wtf

No one is talking about forcing anyone to have a buy back. It's the option to do it. Reserve teams too are necessary. Everyone else has it except Italy.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Leandro Paredes is flattered by links to Juventus and notes “I have a lot of friends in Turin”.
The former Roma man has been linked with a summer move after just one season in Russia, with Real Madrid also thought to be interested in him.
“I have a lot of friends in Turin,” Paredes pointed out, speaking to RMC Sport.
“So that would make it easier, but there are many champions in Madrid and that would be very motivating for a young player like me.
“Right now I need to concentrate on the end of the season with Zenit, after that we’ll see.
“To know that two great clubs like Juve and Real are interested in me is important, but I’m calm, I try not to be distracted.
“Choosing between Juventus and Real Madrid is not easy, it would be a difficult choice for me. I’d need to have both offers on the table and then choose.”
Paredes was linked with Juve before, and he admits he’d have liked to make that move.
“When they spoke of Juventus the first time, the Roma fans made their voices heard and prevented the transfer, they told me it was forbidden to move to another Italian team.
“At that time though my first choice was Juventus.”

Replace Matuidi with somebody who can pass a ball and is at least 5'10

I'll say it again, Juve really should be looking no further than Fellaini;

did I mention he was available on a free?

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
I wonder how much of a loss Chelsea are willing to sell him at after just a season, because I can't see Juve or anyone for that matter dropping silly money on him
there's also the fact Chelsea will need to replace him, I just have no idea with who, can't go into the season with G-Rude as your starter ffs
I think it's more likely Morata will get a chance under whoever is the next coach at Chelsea

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
Ironically I want Fellaini on a free
Although part of that is definitely because I feel Juve on FIFA need one giant player for set pieces. Bonucci, Pogba and Morata leaving hurt my corner kicks.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2018/19
calma
it says you aren't interested though, even though I think he will be a good player for you
looking at Can instead (that has to be purely financially motivated, hoping you can sell him on later because he is a terrible player)
can't wait for Fellaini to join Roma, GOAT for a season and then Juve sign him for 35m ffs
you'll regret not picking him up IMO

Imagine thinking CL winning Roma would be interested in Fellaini ffs.
Will have much bigger targets like Phil Jones tbh.

I am gonna enjoy watching Commander dismantle Juve tonight while Roma goes through and does what Allegri ‘Mr CLmania, the Barcastopper’ cant do for years.

CL exit confirming the need for City to sign a proper DM and another Winger. Need to reinforcement for a proper title defense next season and CL campaign.
Weigl: Don't rate him but he is a Busquets-lite. Would prefer Savić
Leon Bailey: So that he can get that England Citizenship and an England call up

That's your answer?! Buy more players?
Disgusting. I would laugh about your club, but all I feel is disgust.
