Tottenham vs Arsenal
Tottenham: Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Mousa Dembele (ankle) will be assessed and defender Danny Rose (knee) remains doubtful despite taking some part in first-team training. Michel Vorm is back from injury but Cameron Carter-Vickers (knee) is likely to miss the rest of the season.
Arsenal: Arsenal centre-back Laurent Koscielny has a chance of being fit but fellow defender Shkodran Mustafi is still two weeks away from a return. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is fit after being rested against Leicester City in midweek.

The Breakdown
THE MANAGER
Mauricio Pochettino has rejuvenated Tottenham with his brand of high-energy, heavy-pressing football. Although it initially seemed as though Spurs were too reliant upon their pressing for their attacking play, they've developed a more creative side to their game over the past 18 months, with Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli providing great invention from between the lines.
FORMATION
Pochettino has played both 4-2-3-1 and 3-4-3 in recent weeks, and Spurs seem equally comfortable in either system. The former means room for an extra attacking player, most likely Son Heung-min, whereas the former suits Tottenham's flying wing-backs, with Kyle Walker and Ben Davies - in place of the injured Danny Rose - able to motor forward more regularly.
STRENGTHS
Tottenham's ability to recover the ball quickly remains their main strength. With Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld capable of playing a high defensive line and Hugo Lloris a comfortable sweeper-keeper, Spurs attempt to play the entire game in the opposition half, squeezing quickly and consistently.
DANGERMAN
Harry Kane's goalscoring ability can hardly be ignored, but Alli is Spurs' in-form player. His brilliant runs from midfield into goalscoring positions are often impossible to track, and his ability to provide a moment of magic in tight situations is useful in terms of both creativity and goalscoring.
AREAS TO TARGET
Spurs push their full-backs (or wing-backs) forward aggressively, which means teams can sometimes exploit the space behind them with quick counter-attacks and forwards happy to drift wide. Arsenal might make this a key part of their approach.

Re: Tottenham vs Arsenal (16/17)
Spurs with six straight wins, last ever NLD at White Hart Lane and a chance to confirm finishing above us... they're going to be hyped I just hope we're prepared for that and just as hyped to crash their party.
This'll be the biggest test of our 3-4-3 so far.

Re: Tottenham vs Arsenal (16/17)
Things have gone so well in the other games, Chelsea pretty much secured the league over Tottenham, Man Utd dropped points, City are dropping points-- just need to get the job done today.

Re: Tottenham vs Arsenal (16/17)
We've looked like a mid-table team being swatted aside by a vastly superior team.
With a 17 point gap that's probably more accurate a statement that I want it to be.

What a surprise that we started playing better without Giroud. Awful. Wenger even worse that he keeps starting him.

Re: Tottenham vs Arsenal (16/17)
I am starting to hate Ramsey more than i hate spurs.
Can anyone dig up stat of how many goals have we scored from outside the box (not counting free kicks)??? Remember only the Xhaka one this season.

I think Monreal playing centre back is the least of our concerns.

Alexis Sanchez, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Kieran Gibbs all lost possession 20 times each against Tottenham

Re: Tottenham vs Arsenal (16/17)
All Wenger had to do was not lose. Just gain a point. Even Pulis can do that, it shouldn't be that hard.

pretty much this and our players were level below Spurs today all over the pitch. It's not that we need 1 or 2 more players to compete anymore, it's near wholesale if we're being harsh.

Re: Tottenham vs Arsenal (16/17)
Yep
It's a bit concerning that we played A LOT better when we had the likes of Song, Gervinho, Benayoun, Bendtner, Chamakh etc than we do with our current squad.
