No, the defender gave Suarez a inch of his elbow around at his neck height - Suarez felt it and went down with the touch. He just milked it and the ref bought it.

I'm not commenting on the issue of Suarez clutching his throat as if he has been chokeslamed by Corporate Kane - obviously that was an exaggeration. But in terms of it actually being a penalty, I think I saw a coming together between the legs of Suarez and the defender.

There were a couple legitimate penalties imo that barca so didn't get so it goes both ways. PSG got eaten alive with barca's tactic change and Gomez the sunday league player finally isn't benching rakitic (why was he even being benched)
