Re: Dybala staying in juventus
Because he is the illegitimate child of Zidane and flo, Benzema will never be sold by RM, unless he asks to go. But his contract will likely lot be extended

Damn, @S, what did you do to offend these poor people in such an impactful way?
Not exactly sure what I did tbh but,

He deserves a second thread for the performance yesterday. Show some love to our grand new galactico aka future legend Dybala

Re: Dybala staying in juventus
I really dont care about the extension, because no player extending their contract has ever left their club shortly after right?
I said i dont want him and i hope he stays where he is, make Jjuve great again

Yea we've seen it in the past that an extension doesn't mean much, but it shows we are really trying to hold him at least. Long extensions, big wage increase, great timing

Re: Dybala staying in juventus
wasn't there some bs rumor circulating that he had a 50m release clause or something before signing this contract
the same way de gea has one but there's literally 0 proof besides people saying it
always knew it was bs
Juve are gonna get paid if he leaves
he either goes to madrid this season or spends another year or two at Juve before going to Barca IMO

Hopefully, he stays at Juve. If he eventually decides to leave, I hope we snap him up before Xavi declares that he has "Barca DNA".

More likely De Gea leaves this summer imo, no cl and all.
After we wrap up the CL this year, Dybala has no reason to leave us for the Spanish teams as we're clearly better than both

Re: Dybala staying in juventus
Why do Barca keep being linked with him though?
Doesn't make any sense considering their front 3 and the fact the rest of their team is hot garbage.

Re: Dybala staying in juventus
of course I rate him but I am against signing players that do not already Fit the way we play. Unless gran master zizou is planning to change the way we play a la Benitez, then I would rather we focus on signing an actual wide player or a n9 or Box to box. A ready to go player that fits in what we do and won't need to adapt to a new role.Great Leader Sprucenuce wrote:Why doesn't nick rate him lol? He's been fantastic for a long time now.
It's hard enough to change teams, have new team mates, it's only worse when you have a new soutien on the pitch to.
I see Dybala as a n10 or second striker and unless he is the second coming of Jesus, which he is not, I don't see any incentive in blowing up the way we play now to accommodate him.
I feel the same way about Griezmann by the way. I get the argument that you wanna sign the best talents available in an era and build around them but there are a lot of players out there that are comparable in talent and projection and I'm not sure there is one for whom you have to pick up your jaw from the floor when he plays.

How is benzema a natural 10 or second striker? He is a 9 that a really good overall player IMO.

Well he's clearly not used as one which is my point.

Re: Dybala staying in juventus
He is used as cf though just not as the primary scoring outlet, his runs and moment around the box create space for cr/bale, he hold up the ball, headers etc, he just happens to be an overall good footballer that he can do other things if needed like passing or creating, being good at more than one thing doesn't make you a natural 10.
Once cr leaves ,the club gonna move on from this whole setup IMO so 9 and traditional winger will be needed

Re: Dybala staying in juventus
These extensions are typically done so the club can maximize the transfer fee when that happens... but it also allows the player to ask for a transfer that the club agrees to accommodate. So it's really up to Dybala now.
I don't think anyone can speculate on what Dybala wants to do.
Sometimes as well, an extension is done where the player agrees to play an additional year before making such requests.
I don't think you can read a whole lot into it until Dybala says something.... which he won't until after the season.

Dybala has in fact said he wants to play with Messi in the future, hence the Barca rumors
