Re: La Liga Discussion 2016/17
Caparros joined Osasuna.
Maybe they could get Marcelino. Then again any manager they get is doomed with how that club is being run.

No idea how Valencia will recover. At this point it's probably better if the youth players are given a chance since their 1st team couldn't care less.

Valencia 3-0 down at home to Celta in the Copa. It's not even been 20 minutes.
Way to kick off the new year in style.

Re: La Liga Discussion 2016/17
We have got to play them as soon as ffs before they pull their shit together. If they didn't treat us as the enemy we could've loaned them Mariano but seeing as they'd rather sell us a virus than their players I am glad they are struggling and hope we refuse to loan any players to them
Maybe they should ask their BFFs Barca to lend them some players

4-1 to Celta. Yup, I really think Valencia is gonna be relegated. This is very Newcastle of them. Don't mind its CDR.

Watch them turn into Gods against us at the Mestalla.

I'll be shocked, shocked I tell you, if we don't get a normal 2-0 win. Valencia are really in a piss poor state and they are prime for a loss when Madrid roll in.

Tbh teams like Valencia, LaReal, Bilbao etc can be in whatever state we'll still struggle against them away

Don't bother. Sevilla have been dreadful and it's been complete domination from Madrid from the first whistle.
Will end by five goals or more at this rate.

Madrid Vs Granada and Villarreal vs Barca this weekend
If Barca lose that, it's finished for them imo.

Madrid will win the treble if they replicate the desire and work rate they showed tonight. Every player put everything into the game.

Re: La Liga Discussion 2016/17
Our problem recently has always been the BBC. When we dont play them together we play better and more cohesive football. This forward line has a high work rate. I expect us to suffer greatly in the LL clash because we'll have our 1st choice attack back who have the lowest work rate in the team. It's refreshing being able to count on all 11 players on the pitch offensively and defensively. It's a very occurrence for us to be able to see this type of line up

Re: La Liga Discussion 2016/17
Except we don't usually play with this much desire and work rate because this is not the same group of players that usually starts.
Our forward line (except for Bale) is insanely lazy. Had they been with us tonight, we might've conceded a goal or two and we probably wouldn't have dominated Sevilla the way we did tonight.
It hurts, but that's something we, Madrid fans, have been dealing with in recent years.
It's become a usual sight for us to see the opposition (no matter how weak) breezing through our forward line with no pressing or tracking back from our forwards, and all the defensive workload being dumped on our midfielders.
If we had played with this much intensity before, we would've won a league or two in the past five years.
