Say a lot of the rest of ManU.
Don't know how "not getting overrun" equals "dominated".

pep cheerleaders enjoy your day though, see you at the end of the season ffs.
you literally could have shipped about 7 goals from those City chances second half.
What did you create? A few second balls from hoofing?

City have so much potential. This was without Aguero. They will only get better.

Re: THE Manchester Derby 16/17
Pogba should have stayed with Juve. The style Mourinho has his CMs play is such a hack job. It's the same everywhere he's been. It'll never change regardless of the profiles or talents of the players there.
Got the lineup completely wrong to start the game. Then went to a 433 where it was punt and run.
How about working on passing and building up from the midfield? Looking for Pogba to dribble past 2-3 guys in order to create any kind of room for himself is not building up. They'll just hold and foul him every time they can... if they don't take the ball away. He'll just burn himself out trying high risk, low reward type plays in a portion of the pitch that brings no danger anyhow.

Re: THE Manchester Derby 16/17
Well MU is lucky to got away with only two goals condeded, they absolutely got destroyed on the counters, good tactics by Guardiola for the second half I have to say.
KDB man of the match, he was amazing. This Sane guy looked so below average though
Clattenburg really waited with Rooney's card, he could have got like 3
Pogba was surprisingly totally invisible.
And we could see the difference between Bravo and De Gea, one almost cost City the game while the other saved MU's *ss multiple times..

Overall a deserved win for City. United not very convincing despite a dominant performance in the 2nd half (which was mostly due to Pep's error in bringing on Fernando for Iheanacho, I wouldn't give Mou too much credit for that).

ManC are decent enough, but I am more surprised at how shit ManU were. At Old Trafford, of all places. That's unacceptable.
Looked totally devoid of any creativity. Mou

With Fernandinho's performance i wouldn't move him and Silva and De Bruyne are completely unmovable.
Suppose you could play one as a forward and not play Sane.

Re: THE Manchester Derby 16/17
You know, aside from Bravo's blunders which gave United hope and momentum and brought them back into the game, I think City deserves their win today.
From a tactical point of view, Pep absolutely murdered Mourinho today. Tactical masterclass with positional dominance and inch-perfect instructions to every single player out there. There's already a huge difference between Pelle's City and Pep's City.
De Bruyne was MOTM for me. Pogba was non-existent.
Having said that, there's no way we can tell how City, United or any team of that matter is going to be based on the first games of the season. The league is wide open and whoever is goating now can crumble later.
Congratulations to City, well-deserved win at Old Trafford.
