Poor Bravo lad. Will take at least half a season of good games to get over this half.

Well Bravo is Chilean and Otamendi is Argentine. I think they can understand each other well enough.

Blind?  I never thought of him as a CB anyhow.  To me, he's a DM/CM playing CB. His instincts aren't exactly good for a CB when there's a 50/50 ball. A CB drops off most times unless he's sure. A CM/DM takes a risk knowing that he's got CBs behind him.

He was of two minds on that ball.

Can understand Otamendi tbh, Chileans have a horrid accent, sometimes I will speak in English with them because I simply can't understand them.

It's crazy how quickly Bravo has fallen. I used to have so much respect for him. During Barça's treble-winning season, he was a rock.

I guess Barça knew what they were doing when they gave the number 1 spot to Ter Stegen and sold him.

Bravo was born in catalonia, went to la masia at 6 and goes occasionally to CHile to visit his previous family, despite the language barrier :coffee:

That was Gary Neville. The pressure came from Stones lmao.

Once again shows that even the supposed calm-headed and knowledgeable PL pundits, like Nevile or Great Leader Sprucenuce, are kool-aid-drinking Premfaces deep down inside.

Which was exactly the position he played for us before he got sold and it was the only position he looked good for us. He's become a better defender than I would've expected but I don't know why he's a defender at all. If United don't want to play him in midfield they should sell him imo.

That's also true. But that's mainly your Argentine talking. Laughing

For some basic "I HAVE THIS" rushing out for the ball I think language barrier is a long stretch.

How so? I don't recall him making any bad mistakes last season. It was a bad mistake, but he's still a good goalie. I'm not sure if we can say he's on the decline just based on his last 10 minutes in the first half.

Being from Catalonia does not mean you don't learn Castilian.

I mean Xavi and Iniesta speak perfect Castilian, FFS.

Atrocious from United. Sad Getting a thrashing back to plain ground. (United fans were calling Valencia and Fellaini world class after beating 3 scrub teams this season.) Laughing
Shocked A fluke goal in the end of that half's not going to change the outcome. We jusnt havent turned up for this one. Crying or Very sad  I can see them scoring more in the 2nd half.

Martial and Rashford needs to replace woeful Lingard and Micky targaryan.

it was a lucky goal and we've been dominated, not sure I expect us to change that in second half. Mou doesn't have the balls to sub Rooney before 75th min. ffs. Rashford and Martial on pls.
