Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 29
I honestly have no issue with that, after the performance and win he should have been put in an elevated position though.

Mole becoming a fan of Sami Zayn
You weren't his biggest fan when you came back and started watching regularly lol.

No holds barred question:
Is Demon Finn cringe, or is it awesome?

Cringe, especially how he crawls around for his entrance

Not about that so much, I just think performances and big match victories should be reflected in the product.
Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens was probably the most high profile feud going into Battleground and one of them is not even involved in a storyline and the other is in a tag team match lol.
I don't mind the latter so much because Jericho and Owens are *bleep* hilarious together but still.

Would be awesome if he acted any different as the Demon.
Just to use an example there's a huge difference in attitude and in general how Mick Foley acted as Cactus Jack compared to Mankind.
Make the Demon unique and then I'm fully behind it.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 29
If he stopped crawling after his initial intro bit i'd be happier. As it stands now it makes me visibly cringe. Especially when it's supposed to up his intimidation factor or something but instead of like a prime Kane coming down the ring it's an underwear model

Its cringe but i cant stop watching it. Agreed on the crawling and he needs to have a different finisher for the demon mode

Balor is decent, but his finisher is ass and the demon thing needs toned down. Obviously for kids and merch reasons it won't be but whatever. I watch like 5 minutes of RAW a Week now, rasslin is ass.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 29
Tbf they only do the Demon thing usually at PPVs, last night was a one off to introduce it to main roster fans etc.
My issue with it is he doesn't act any different, if he was noticeably more aggressive and did more physical and damaging looking moves as well as a different finisher I'd have no issue with it.

Would have been great in 2000s when undertaker summoning a lightning storm was considered realistic
It's cringe in 2016

'Reality era'
Rollins crapping himself because somebody comes out wearing body paint, same guy who he had no problem trash talking face to face 7 days prior.
Seems legit.

Only thing that's new in this pos era is the word New gets thrown about by Maggyl Cole occasionally.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 29
I like it for the most part tbh some creative choices are *bleep* abysmal mind.
I can't for the life of me understand anyone preferring last year (which was basically Seth Rollins and *bleep* all else) Â and quite a few other years since Punk and Cena ended though.
I genuinely think it's because I stopped watching for like 10 years and it now feels fresh to me because I took such a long break.
Where as everyone else sat through all that and now completely burnt out, no one is actually going to convince me that this is worse than years where Jack Swagger and R Truth was main eventers lol.
Since Wrestlemania (aka when all the talent came back) there hasn't been a single PPV which has been less than good.

2015 was one of the WOAT years in the wrestling, 2016 is much much better.

If rasslin' died in 2016, it'd still be an upgrade from 2015.

True
When i got the network in January and watched old PPVs and Raw's to find anything i missed out on from 2010 onwards.
I eventually gave up with 2015, believe me i tried. It was disgustingly bad.
