Re: So...Who's exactly going to stop Barcelona from winning it again ?
We are favourites, but this is a knockout tournament, which basically means it randomizes the result a lot.
That's why we had champions like Liverpool's Rafa or Di Matteo's Chelsea, which clearly weren't the better team in Europe and would have never won a league competition.
So the answer is that everyone can stop us from winning it with a bit of luck, a great performance, and some complacency from Barça. Even Arsenal.

I personally don't think they would have beaten a full strength Bayern and I stand by that, the world is never going to know as they are severely depleted again
Weren't you the one saying they hadn't improved since 13-14 and couldn't win the CL? I distinctly remember arguing with you about it
When? I said Bayern would have won last year if they weren't ridiculously injured. Don't remember saying anything else tbh and it's looking like they will be again.
For that reason I find it hard to disagree with OP tbh.

And would have won it in 2014 if it weren't for Madrid
you know, they were the best team of all time prior to april 29th 2014

All those injuries. Imagine if Lewandowski, Müller, Thiago, Schweinsteiger, Lahm, Alonso, Boateng, Neuer had all played. Instead they had to play their reserve team.

Most of them were just coming off injuries as well Schweinsteiger and Lahm were obviously not fit.
Not sure why you are making a big deal out of this anyway, it's the same thing when Bayern smashed you and you weren't full strength either.

taking into consideration the fact that we actually have a great manager now, not that hipster-fraud wannabe Pep Guardiola, I don't think, bar a massive fluke, that any team can eliminate us. we can do this

We went into the 2nd leg with Alex Song in midfield, Bartra starting his 4th or 5th game of first division football, Adriano as leftback and Fabregas upfront, flanked by Pedro and David Villa post leg break. I hope you can see the difference between THAT and Bayern last season, who have ridiculous depth to begin with, missing Robben and Alaba, which according to your logic makes the difference between going behind 1-5 in the scoreline at some point and winning the tie.

Re: So...Who's exactly going to stop Barcelona from winning it again ?
Let's not pretend that it was anywhere near close.
Barca scored at will, and Bayern's defense was almost in full strength.
In fact, Bayern's performance was like the one from Bayer Leverkusen against Barca, like a lower division team fighting against a big team.
Respectable 70 minutes, giving all and running. Then a collapse as superior quality prevails.
MSN can demolish any opponent, any defense, no matter how the game has gone, in the space of 5 minutes.
No one can stop us.

@HandEgg Jr.
I blame you for this. What were you thinking with trolling everyone like this ffs. Let's hope it doesn't grow into some kind of movement.

Sacchi: Real Madrid are the only ones that can stop Barcelona in the CL and Barcelona know it and fear them

They started to regress the moment Madrid beat them. Until then they had been the best team ever
They started to regress the moment Jupp left them, with Jupp they were the best team ever that BM side was brutal. They wouldn't let you touch the ball and pass the center of the pitch.
