Is Benzema the best passing CF?

Ooo this one is quite close. I would go with Ibra, that guy has the passing of an attacking midfielder but some of his passes can be wtf too. Benz is excellent too but i dont think his passing reaches Ibra's level. Thats not to say he is bad at all but for me Ibra is most technical striker in the world

Unfair comparison. One is a CF, the other ... well ... you know ...

I'd go with Benzema personally

Benzema's linkup play is superior but ibra is so creative it's scary. Ibra's final pass is world class, Benzema's is not

Ibra has been really inconsistent with his passing this season although still good.... without checking, i think Benz is significantly cleaner with his passes. Keep in mind that under Rafa, Madrid didn't use Benz' passing ability at all in the final 1/3 (it was strange). Zizou has changed that. On the other hand, Ibra is the the primary playmaker in the final 1/3 for PSG.

Benz does a lot more work for Madrid overall however... a lot more. Ibra's role is narrow and very defined.

Benzema keeps it neat and simple, you won't see him take many risks with his passing. You rarely see him play a through ball. On the other hand Ibra is unpredictable.

i care little for a striker's passing. passing for a striker depends on who your strike partner is or the system you operate. if there's a poacher in front of you, then maybe you do need to have some passing abilities. neither of the two will play some long 30 yard pass cos of the position they play. they'll basically limit it to mid range/short passes or the occasional back heel. imo its just two different strikers with different approaches. benzema's more of a build up guy, ibrahimovic is ibra.

i like benzema at madrid, and i like watching ibra play. i get so upset when i don't get to see one of his magical goals in real time. he's one of those players who i appreciate at another club (besides when he was at barcelona). but yeah "who does more backheels, or side to side passes" matters little to me. their styles of play are completely different. as a matter of fact, they'll actually have made a good pairing back in ibra's day. but ibra's nearing retirement age now, he's had a good run/career

Ibra in his prime was very, very good. The fact that he played tired and through painkillers showed that we haven't even seen the best of him during his prime. Benzema is good but I honestly think Ibra was at least as good as CR in his prime.
They both have the same problems too; both need extreme accommodation to play well

If we are talking as a striker, I'd take Ibra (or Suarez or Lewa or Kun) over Benz. If we are taking a SS, then I would say Benz.
