Not really if the 7th seed beats them, besides most of the East playoff teams are at least " good " they are just not championship contenders.

How does it look bad lol? compared to OKC and Golden State? sure but every single one of these teams are better than Dallas and Houston.

Wouldn't be surprised if they are better than Memphis too.

Bad as in. I don't think any East team has a chance to go beyond 5 games in an eventual finals match up.

What, the East looks fine. Better this than watching 7 seeds lose by 40 in the West.

idk how many wins it will mean but Detroit matches up pretty well with Cleveland.

I doubt Raptors would do any good against West's lower seeds tbh. Same with Pacers and Detroit.

Cleveland also looks worse than last year so far. But I have faith in LeBron to make it to the finals once he turns up his play.

Yes they would, outside of Portland who are not that great the bottom half of the West is garbage.

No point even paying attention to it till the 2nd round.

Everyone shat on the East for years for having below .500 teams in the playoffs and when it happens in the West it's completely ignored.

6 of the 8 East teams are 14 or more games above .500 but it's still shit apparently, i can guarantee this right now that Detroit, Boston or Atlanta wouldn't get blown out by 40 like Houston and Dallas did.

There's no below .500 teams in playoff froms West hmm

Also having the top 2 teams basically picking up so many wins against the other playoff teams it's hard to have the same records as the teams in the east.
