Great performance
Respected the basics of the game rather than trying to force things through, kept our patience and got our reward
Joel and Giroud

That assist was ridiculous, the touch, the dribble and the pass. Not sure if Campbell or Bergkamp

Knew it! Brilliant performance on the night. Big props to Olivier Giroud, he definitely has two sides to his game and tonight we saw the side in which he made the runs and found space and finished the chances he got.
Hopefully now we can take this form and direct to the PL and put on a run together till the end of January and the transfer window and reassess our status on injuries and in all competitions then.

Flawless performance. Dunno what I was worried about, must be past experience.
Giroud's only first hattrick since arriving but it came at the right time. Joel keeps improving aswell.
Having experienced some bad results and performances so far in this season here we are: still in it in the top 3 competitions. Now it's time to really step up, and improve our game aswell and stop relying in last minute results and sometimes luck.

He was on the list to be No 1. Number two was Walcott and No 3 was Ramsey
