Shouldn't the same qualifier be used for Liverpool?
I'm not sure how much of this is objectively down to manager quality. Chelsea aside there are no teams in the bottom 10 that I think "This team should be higher if only they had a competent manager". Most of them are where you would expect them to be, with the exception of Chelsea and Leicester, who both have foreign managers.

No. That would spoil the agenda. Besides, Liverpool were tenth when Kloppo took over, he closed the ranks to the leading foreign managed bulk.
Also, just noticed Garde is only there for 3 weeks, not a month.
