I still feel we have the best chance of advancing, though.

Well that yes, but it's more about all the traveling's impact on our League form. I very much doubt anyone here needs informing or reminding of the tendency of our results after European fixtures...

Indeed.
Let's hope we win 3/3 at home.

Re: 2015/16 Champions League thread
The draw is okay I guess. I mean, ideally what I'd want is tough opponents because I feel that way the matches are most interesting and it's the best way to get ready for the later stages but at the same time the last time we had such we got our ass handed to us by Juve and Shaktar, so I guess it's fine.
Matches against Porto are most likely going to decide who's first and who's second but I think we should be able to win at home and avoid losing in Portugal. Mou usually does well against his former teams.

Re: 2015/16 Champions League thread
With Djilobodji having signed on, we've got too many non-homegrown players for the CL list (the PL lists is fine as they count U-21's differently) so one player will have to be left off the CL list for the group stages.
Since we can't leave off a GK (both Begovic and Black are homegrown) It'll be one of: Remy, Traore, Kenedy, Djilobodji or maybe Ramires or Mikel.

Personally, I'd keep Djilobodji off the list, I doubt he'd play more than 1 or 2 games anyway, give that time to someone like Clarke-Salter or Aina.
