Well this was just pathetic. I didnt think id be saying this for at least a few more years, but we need to bring Leali back in January and start him. Buffon really is finished. His leadership is still second to none, but his shot stopping is honestly shit at this point. The only thing im hoping for is that this was a wakeup call for us. Despite Buffon though, the whole team was to blame. The pressing stopped, the defense went to shit, the distribution out of the back was shit. The first 55 minutes of this game were great. Then we forgot how to play. Buffon I would say is the most to blame though.

Unless we wake up fast, throw out the 3-5-2 and possibly bench Buffon, then we dont deserve to win a third consecutive scudetto the way were playing, and we wont. Not to mention if we play against Madrid the same way we did for the last half hour today, theyre gonna score double digits.

Marchisio for me is irreplaceable. We don't play the same without him

He did absolutely nothing in the first half, managed to get 9 passes with 67% rate.. he was the worst player on the pitch. The only moment in the match he showed up when he missed his sitter (it was great by him though)

Btw, I thought someone fouled Chiellini to get the ball before Fios penalty... The foul was clear though.

Nah, Pogba was bad but still had twice as many passes as Marchisio. He had the least touches on the ball in the whole match.

I wouldn't bench him because he's a big part of the team, but even though he's my favourite player, I think he needs to start doing good again, for example, he made some pretty good saves against Bulgaria this year. Do you think we can still win Serie A?
