Lazio and Monaco can create upsets against their more fancied opponents. Let's hope Valencia or Leverkusen wouldn't be one of them.

Do you see any of the unseeded teams from Champions route making it to the tournament proper? May be Partizan, if they face BATE or Zagreb.

The seeded teams of the league route all look pretty probable to go through. I'm really glad that Gladbach won't have to face any of those as their coefficient still has much room for improvement. ^^

And Basel wouldn't like meeting Maccabi Tel Aviv again as they already played against them twice (!) last season (in CL Quali and EL Last 32)..

BATE vs Partizan

League Route

Lazio vs Bayer Leverkusen
Manchester United vs Club Brugge
Sporting CP vs CSKA Moscow
Rapid Wien vs Shakhtar Donetsk
Valencia vs Monaco

Lazio/Leverkusen and Valencia/Monaco will be excellent ties.

And Bayer vs Lazio is quite a tie that can easily go in both directions.

Couldn't have got a better opponent for Skenderbeu I think, but still it's going to be tough.

BATE - Partizan
Good draw for Partizan, I fancy their chances to get back into the CL. Anyone would've been a nice draw except for Basel.

I also think Malmo will qualify instead of Celtic.

Sporting-CSKA a really interesting one, Sporting signed a handful of players this summer, let's see how all of them play as a team against a decent opponent, we saw what happened to Fenerbahce against Shakhtar.
