Finished Until Dawn, decent game, really short though. Finished it in 8 hours i think, Rami Malek is amazing in it.

need to see some gameplay before I even care anyway tbh, like some of the features I've heard about the series before but the gameplay in previous games looked trash

Localization for a game like that would take absolutely ages. Also even if they wanted to get it to Europe and US quickly i doubt they actually care much.

They know Japan is their major market.

Looks good. I want a proper samurai game which is open world and your character is a drifter. Setting and story like Samurai Champloo.

those way of the samurai games are decent, I played a couple on PS2 like 10 years ago, hear they're still making them for PC/PS3 hmm

I know there were some Yakuza spin offs on PS2/PS3 where you play as Kazuma's ancestor in samurai Japan. Never gave those games a shot for some reason, they always got around 8-8.5 on review sites.

Yakuza Isshin that released last year for PS4 was a samurai game

annoys me that they rarely bring the newer Yakuza games to the west, though they seem to be getting there with some of them now, always wanted to get into the series properly

think they gave away Yakuza 4 on PS+ though last year, shame I got rid of my PS3
