With Ramsay its ridiculous. The writing surrounding him brings down the quality of the show. GOT was a show that did not let the good guys cheat to win which was very refreshing and made for great stories. Now they are giving the villain all the cheat codes he could hope for. There is a difference.

Well wasn't Joffrey pure evil with everything handed to him as well? We saw how that ended. Ramsay, like Joffrey, does not have any redeeming qualities.

I think Roose's conversation with Ramsay on ep1 pretty much confirmed Stannis's death. He said "do you know he did it" which tells us they found the body.

Although I thought HS was a generic pleb (which he was) last season, he's been more manipulative and more of a badass this season easily. His speech to JL and his complete religious brainwashing of Tommen is exactly what I'd expect of a religious fanatic.

Such an annoying person to deal with, scream at them, tell them you want to kill them, question them and they just stay completely calm and hit you with a "It's not me, it's God" Bomb. I'd shoot a man for that.

Some people are speculating that the Umbers gave Ramsay a fake direwolf and are playing them. Perhaps, but if so why put a child in the hands of a known torturer?

This. This is were the problem lies in that supposed double crossing theory.
I personally think the show writers want to put more meat to the upcoming bastardbowl. Ramsay having Rickon as a captive puts more onus on Jon marching to the north, rallying the troops and fighting him.

Otherwise theres no need now of him going north as Sansa has now escaped. Although that puts the Sansa storyline into unknown waters. But yea as we saw her in Stark outfits in the trailer we can put up guesses as to where she will end up.

And Shaggydog well, got sacrificed just like Lady and Greywind. I dont know, may be they thought having too may direwolves will kill off the uniqueness or something thats attached with them. 3 Dragons and 3 direwolves it will be going to the finale. Nymeria will surely return.

No. Her arc is 90% new. The only thing similar to the books is the blind bit otherwise its different in every other way. Jaqen h'ghar is in citadel for example and doesn't meet Arya at all.
