Weekly Comment Appreciation

How or who would choose the comments that make it to the Appreciation thread?

What I'm thinking of instead:

Weekly Forum Recap thread.
A compilation of the hottest and most interesting subjects on the forums each week. A number of people could contribute towards making the weekly compilations, but it all should be updated in the OP.

Could look something like this:

Week 1 / 2012
Man United lost again
Torres still left waiting for season's first goal
Xavi: Fabregas should join Barca now in January
Tuttosport: Juventus main Winter Window targets: Eto'o, Iniesta, Rooney, Lahm, Lukaku, Ganso.

Week 2 / 2012
Newcastle 5 - 4 Arsenal: Gunners blow 4 goal lead
Tevez: I want to leave Corinthians
Xavi: Cesc is almost a Barca player

etc etc


With links to threads and other related stuff, like football news.
Could be cool to browse this sort of thread later on and see what's been talked the most and when.
