It's honestly like he doesn't comprehend the away goal rule
His whole approach has it completely backwards, again and again

I'm officially in camp Fraudiola now as well!
Let's be honest nothing which happened tonight is why they lost.
They lost because of the decisions he made in the first leg.
Uhhh, I don't know about that. They took the lead, they were in control of the tie and proceeded to defend a free kick like plebs. 1st leg was just part and parcel of what was a ridiculous tie from them.
Yeah but none of that matters of they don't lose without scoring a goal.
His decisions contribute towards that, after that winning by two clear goals was always going to be difficult.

I'm not arguing most of the stuff lol, but i do think making a point about that they lost the tie due to Guardiola's decisions in the first leg isn't an impossible task to convince lol.

Not like he makes it difficult. He constantly finds ways to fuck up his own team.

Tsk no amigo I mean no matter how astute and correct your points may be, in such a moment to slate Josep will not be listened to. This is the GL way (and its fun).
I've long held he is the best manager in the world and agree with your points.

That being said I only follow you on City posts here and you've been consecutively correct on them even compared to the City fans here.

I just love his outdated mind games.
Guardiola Before the match: "I didn't come to City to win the CL".
Pochettino After the match: "yep".

Hapless_Hans wrote:Pep Guardiola calls Tottenham Hotspur "the Harry Kane team"
Guardiola has insisted that Chelsea are very much in the argument this season, and the Spaniard expects the Blues to challenge his team, United and Tottenham for the league title.
"It's in September, so Chelsea won 15 games in a row last season, were unbeatable and won the league, not easy, but they won it in advance," Guardiola told reporters.
"Of course this season has a little more problems because they play every three days, that's always more complicated for all the teams. But we also have United, we saw again the Harry Kane team scores every day two or three goals."

Trademark arrogance by that upjumped bald prick. This quote is perfectly applicable again.

Yep, the same old story with Pep again. Luck is certainly been a factor, marginal loss again over two legs. But it really shows the effect his has on this teams since he completely gets the freedom to build up, but ends up being flawed all the time, defensively espically, and hes still unable to fix it.

Guardiola has been at Man City for 3 years, spent over £700m and still hasn’t got further than David Moyes in the Champions League. pic.twitter.com/XNomcdRYEx

Re: Pep Fraudiola Denunciation Thread
You make a good point Mole, but as ever you take things to the extreme. It is not only because of his approach in the first leg, the game was still there to be won even after Spurs scored 2 in the first 11 mins. He does not know how and when to set up a good defensive structure to solidify the game.

Gentlemen, he remains the best manager in the world.
Let us not have some questionable decisions take that away from him

I'm not hearing a peep out of Pep apologists tonight.
3 years in and over half of a billion later, the man has still not managed to reach the same CL stage as Pellegrini.

Honestly i don't feel like he deserves that title outright because of the reasons I've outlined.
He's one of them and he's excellent in lots of ways but when you keep falling in the CL then you don't really deserve to stand alone IMO.
He's not a fraud either though calling him that means either you've forgotten what the word means who you just do it to have a laugh which is fair enough.

Those questionable decisions kinda make the title of "best manager in the world" seem a bit odd.

Nah, fraud!
He'll even lose out on the PL title to Liverpool now as well.

The only one who can get close to him is Klopp, as we can see in the point tally of the PL.

Re: Pep Fraudiola Denunciation Thread
His negative approach in the first leg + Laporte's errors in the second leg cost City the tie. It was always going to be a difficult hill to climb after 1-2. The scenes in the last 5 minutes were something else though.
I wonder how City will react in the next few matches. The English treble is still on, but man what an awful way to go out.
