The one that was 20 years ago or just a couple of years back?

England, Netherlands and Ireland have been awarded an extra EL spot in first round (Early July) of next year.
if Arsenal win the cup, then Swansea will most likely get it.
If Villa win the cup, then either Spurs/Southampton/Liverpool whoever finishes 7th will get it.

Isn't that the fair play spot? If so West Ham are favourites..

Liverpool are actually top of the fair play table right now, but as they're in the EL qualifying spots already, it'll go to West Ham:
http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/may/08/west-ham-europa-league-fair-play-uefa-everton?CMP=share_btn_tw
It's actually possible for Burnley to get that spot, if certain conditions are met.

my bad, forgot it goes to fair play team.
No wonder we've had an awful season.....nice guys finish last ffs
On the other hand, EL qualifying could make WestHam a more appealing destination for a continental manager , but their first game of the season will be july 2nd against some team from Andorra probably.

You better hope that the spot doesn't go to some shit team like Burnley though.
Because the way the coefficient points are accumulated works is that the points teams get for their games are divided by the number of teams your country has playing.

Burnley are legit, tbh. Took 4 points off of City this campaign.

I liked Burnley everytime I saw them, well organized (2nd Arsenal game was a bit cavemanish though), but for PL's coefficient points it would still not be good news

Re: Barclay's Premier League '14-'15 discussion V9
Everton v Sunderland
Connor Wickham was Sunderland's savior last season when they escaped relegation, scoring something like four or five goals in the last handful of games. He's now got two in his last three games; is he going to save Sunderland again?
Aston Villa v West Ham
"I don't know if there's a better striker in Europe right now. He's the best." - Sherwood on Benteke.
Hull City v Burnley
A massive game for the Tigers.
Leicester v Southampton
And likewise here. Btw, points in last ten games: Leicester 17, Southampton 11.
Newcastle v West Brom
Oh boy, it's relegation fight heaven this round. Can Newcastle finally get a win or at least avoid defeat?
Stoke v Tottenham
Stoke are without defender Marc Wilson, who serves a one-match ban after being sent off against Swansea last week.
Crystal Palace v Manchester United
Both these teams have lost their last three games without scoring a goal and now they play each other. The Universe is trying to tell us something. Personally I believe the message is that Liverpool should re-sign Carroll.

Not a single comment on the games?
Guess none of the matches have that sheen with title wrapped up. And with the games they have left, Sunderland are a shoe-in for the drop.
I guess it would be harder for non-hardcore-Premfaces to care now.
Anyway, I noticed how you have commented on only Stoke and ignored their opponents

I had nothing to say on that match, just took the opening paragraph from the BBC's match preview. Describes the excitement of that match pretty well.
Btw, the East Anglian derby has just kicked off, Ipswich v Norwich.

Hugely lucky goal by Sunderland, but it's against Everton, so it's all good.
