Good. What you could do to maintain sanity and help your team is to bet against me in the betting thread.

Re: Monaco v Arsenal Preview
not too sure about cazorla in midfield, would have preferred ramsey, and move cazorla to ozil position. leave ozil out for this one imo.

Only Ramsey and Walcott on bench as offensive options.

So again, there isn't a real CM lined up by Arsenal... and that's against Toulalan/Kondogbia/Moutinho.
I just don't understand Wenger.

He can't drop anyone else for another CM though. Team is lined up to be attacking and balanced. Cazorla out wide would make it really narrow.
Ramsey will come on for Coquelin when/if we need a goal.

You know Wenger, he would never admit to his mistakes.

Re: Monaco v Arsenal Preview
no wide threat by Arsenal and no CMs... only AMs and strikers I mean Wenger can't be serious.
I'm not saying that Arsenal can't win. But Wenger is making things easier for Monaco by making his team predictable and narrow.

Coquelin VS Monaco midfield it is then.

Re: Monaco v Arsenal Preview
Wenger is basically saying that Monaco's performance was a fluke in the first leg and that his tactics were correct but not properly executed... That is very surprising for me given how the game looked in that first leg.

Re: Monaco v Arsenal Preview
I am inclined to agree with Sports on this.
I was expecting Ramsey to start instead of Welbeck.

Tbf though, we did create chances which Giroud didn't finish. If 1-2 of those had gone in, we'd be talking of a very different result today.

Re: Monaco v Arsenal Preview
You know its gonna happen.. Dangle a bloody carrot in front of us all game to keep our hearts in mouth about a miracle happening and we'll end up even scoring a 2nd and then it will all get scrappy and we'll get more unlucky (I am pretty convinced that it is possible) and the ref will blow the final whistle after 20 seconds of extra time because he needs to pee or something.
fts.

Wow Monaco are sosososo bad.
Whatever, I completely expected this so, while I'm your standard devastated, I tried (and mostly failed) to remove my emotional attachment to our Champions League hopes before the game.
