I guess he's just fullfiling his dream of playing outside Germany. I can see him a couple of years out, then coming back to Kaiserlautern or whatever.

He'd own in Serie A, but there are much better clubs to join than Nazio... even if it's bench roles.

Klose should see to it that he gets regular first team action, just like Raúl got at Schalke. Then I see him owning the 2014 WC with at least 2 more goals!

You really want him to get that record, eh? All the luck to him, but it might mean biting the bullet at heading to a team that might otherwise be a bit-beneath him.

He's definitely in shape and I think that's a hell of a goal to achieve. Which if he reaches the WC, he sure as hell will. Even if it's against lesser sides, WC goals bitch!

Sure I'd love to see Klose get that record. He is probably the most under-appreciated World Class striker ever by people outside of Germany..

Well, the vast majority of his goals in the WC are off headers. At least on this side of the Atlantic, people want powerful screamer goals.

Actually I think that a couple of years after he hung up his boots, he will get the appreciation he deserves, because then it is mainly the numbers people look at, and these are impressive in Klose's respect.

Yeah, it wouldn't do bad just increasing his caps. And when people see he retired at 35, they'd say, "damn, a true horse of a player".

I remember thee summer when Toni, Klose and Ribery were signed - those 3 seemed to strike a friendship and it's sad to see that Ribery is the only one left, and even then a shadow of his former self (Better than Messi as a winger before the shitload of problems set in)
