If you don't top this group you've got yourself to blame. Walk in the park.

Re: European and Domestic Cups Thread
It's better than last year at least
Should get 6 points against Anderlecth. 3 against Gala home and 1 against Dortmund home/Away or Gala away. 10 should be enough
Confident we will go through. Hopefully we get revenge against Dortmund at home this time.

Of course, if I'm there I'll write and help with tickets. 16/09 seems a bit tricky though, I hope I can manage. I was hoping the away game would be a bit later this year.

Yeah.. it's the first game I guess.. And BVB tickets are always such a pain to get!.. I even found train tickets and think I will let my boss know tomorrow that I might take a couple of days off.. If I somehow get my hands on a ticket, I will be set!
My alternative is to look for tickets for Anderlecht on Oct 22, but this is more complicated..

Re: European and Domestic Cups Thread
Pleased with the draw. Could have been a lot worse, could have been slightly better.
Dortmund, we know, are a class side, capable of beating anyone. Galatasray edged out Juve at this stage last season, we must be wary, even without Drogba. Anderlecht have failed to reach knockouts in their previous 7 attempts, we have to be beating them home and away.
We ought to be finishing 1st/2nd and qualifying, need it confirmed by last-day game: Galatasaray (a).

Happy enough with the draw. It's not especially easy or hard. Could've been a lot worse - only have to look at group E to realise that.

Would have preferred another elite team like Juventus instead of Dortmund tbh. Bit bored of the German side.

doesn't get any easier than that, on paper and form we should smash them but then again when you look at our form this season its worrying.

Re: European and Domestic Cups Thread
R16 exit
nah seriously. Madrid, Barca, Bayern are definite threat. No hope against any unless some sort of miracle
Atletico, Monaco, Porto (or PSG if barca finish 2nd) are the ones we can actually do well against.
