The obsession about Neymar is getting silly, if the kid is taking a piss, they will report about it. It has to stop somewhere.

The big picture is, Neymar wont be available till next summer, and nothing will happen before that. All parties are aware of that, Neymar did have his eyes set on Madrid before he decided to stay one more season, so i dont care much from the barca drama. We also have a lot of pull to convince him.

If he does end up going somwhere else, then so be it, we will shift the focus on someone else.

My personal take on Hazard is that for now, he is more of a midfielder than he is a winger, and for midfielders, i do rate the ones having innate playmaking higher. I have grown to understand that it's the most important thing no matter how you look at it, they are the smartest people with the greater weapons to use. And im talking about playmaking added to other necessary skills like pace, dribbling, flair, discipline, work rate etc... I'm not yet sure Hazard fits that category, maybe it's too early to say for sure. At the moment, he is showing that he is an explosive dribbler more than anything else, i wish to see more.

Zidane is a big fan of Hazard so I'd assume we would ask around regardless of whether or not the Nerman deal was dead.

I disagree, we dont need an out and out winger, we need complete all around footballer. If Neymar is an SS that goes wide, understand he has to chase back, gets involved in the build, can score and pass, then why do we need an out and out winger for?

Our attackers need to be as complete as possible. Ideally, each of them should be the total package, able to pass, score and playmake.

Hazard offers more than just being an out and out winger, but I agree that Neymar offers more.

I agree with Nick, Neymar offers a skill set that, on paper, looks to fit our style very well. What I truly like about him is his classic flare play. He enjoys doing things that are prolly unnecessary and/or inefficient in the grander scheme but he does them anyway because it adds beauty and is fun! I think as a team we are missing that a lil bit...

Many here wants a 4-3-3, and I think we might do the change, and I think the media speculation was correct but Sahin got injured (sahin was the reason for 4-3-3)

i think for now even though i like the 4-3-3 best a 4-2-3-1 will be used as the primary formation utilizing xabi and either sahin or sami. but against tough opponents namely cl and barca we should use the 4-3-3 with sahin xabi and sami

Neymar wont walk into the XI. My belief is that in the first year, he will have to adapt (there is a lot of adapting to do) as well as fight with Di Maria, Higuain and whoever for the right spot. Then, once he is done with that, we can have:

Or maybe Ronaldo and Neymar switch wings. Of course, then (eventually) Ronaldos time to be replaced would come...

I dont know how much youve been paying attention, but Xabi does the DM stuff for us. Even when partners with Lass of all people, he stays behind and Lass is the one upfield. Weve been trying to find a DM to partner Xabi (Khedira is no DM), now we figured out how it rolls and we're gonna try Sahin is my understanding.

Um, I didnt really get what you were trying to say. Neymar isnt going to replace Ronaldo obviously, probably Sarabia or Jese will have that opportunity by the time Cristiano is like 30... but that is way in the future. Cant think so much ahead in football.
