About cuadrado , He has quick feet offers pace and versatility,Can pass the players in front of him.He seems to lack positioning ,shooting and his passes aren't the greatest.Its hard to give clear rating because Fiorentina lacked a decent striker for most of the season so he didn't have the proper support.
If you want him for Milan,I would sort out the midfield specially the defensive/central midfielders first.

Goat player. Would take him in a heartbeat at Pool.
