My only problem with GotG is that the villans were meh... they weren't utilized well enough

I don't have any complaints about it tbh. Loved every second. By far the best Marvel film to date.. Yeah Ronan for sure could have been better, but that would've probably taken focus away from some of the others characters. And he was always just a device to promote Thanos and show his power, and have a reason for the Guardians to join up.
Batista was a great fit for Drax. Zoe Saldana is amazing in any colour, looking forward to a purple next time. Rocket is the biggest lad in the entire world. The leg scene ffs, think I pulled a muscle from laughing  Groot's dance, sweetest thing ever

The soundtrack.. amazing..

What a job by James Gunn.

And last of all.. Chris Pratt is no doubt the funniest guy in Hollywood at the moment. He's just so great, hilarious, charismatic, and genuine in every one of his roles.

Well, I'm not a Marvel fanboy. Basically only enjoy 4 of their movies. This one is just so different from anything I've seen so far.

Just got back from GotG. Great movie but the plot was meh. The humour and the characters made it great for me.

Star Lord was hilarious ffs the actor was goat.

Agree that the villain/villains were meh except for main man Merle Yondu

Baby Groot dance was the funniest imo

If you love Chris Pratt you have to watch Parks and Rec

Groot was boss. So was the raccoon. I was very skeptical about those two but they were the highlights of teh movie imo.

Been Cinema twice in the last 3 weeks so most of the trailers were similar before the movie.

So I have seen this twice in the cinema and both the times I spat out my drink with laughter at the 0:45 mark

FFS will probably only hit theatres over here by next month. And then again I don't go to the cinemas a lot.
