If that's true, than it's BS. You can't decide on a tiebreaker after the season is over. If there was no foresight to have one in place already then the award should be shared if they end up with the same amount of goals.

It's more than likely not going to matter, as Ronaldo is expected to play against Espanyol and if he plays he will likely score.
