Please don't start comparing... Messi would have been 40+ already like last season if not for his injuries... He missed games, but most important he was injured 4 times and never got 100% fit until January...

Yeah and Suarez was suspended for the first 2 months. I don't give a shit how many Messi would've in your dreams, he has what the stats show. And 4 of his goals are from pens.

Also Messi has 22 league apps, while Suarez has 25. Just show all the stats, why don't you.

Goals per appearance has to be the most flawed stat there is TBH.

McAgger you do realize that Messi was taken off early a lot of times in the beginning of the season, yes?

Minutes played:
Messi: 1688 minutes in La Liga. (22 appearances)
Suarez: 2242 minutes in PL. (25 appearances)

Suarez has played 544 minutes more than Messi, which equals to about 6 games more.

Not trying to take anything away from Suarez, but lets not over glorify the whole 'he only played 3 more games than him'. Which is technically true, but when you take a deeper look its rather misleading.

Anyways, I think CR or Suarez will win golden boot. And than of course there is Messi who as we all know can win it as well.

exactly, adding to the fact that even when he was playing in 1st part of the season he wasn't 100% fit, coming back from injury etc...

I Like Suarez and he's having a great season... But please don't compare him to Messi, that's just stupid!

We're comparing goal stats, which at the moment clearly indicate Suarez shitting on the rest. No one is saying your precious Messi isn't the greatest of all time.

I'm sure if Messi and Ronaldo did not have to play in the champions league and put their full concentration on the league they would easily have 10+ goals each.

but anyways i'll judge Suarez when he performs in Europe.

If Ronaldo ends up getting suspended for his comments on the ref Messi might have the chance to catch up xD

This is just silly. If Suarez took penalties for his team he would have almost 40 goals in 25 games right now.

Ibrahimovic has 18 goals in 20 games.
Ronaldo has 15 goals in 17 games.
Messi has 20 goals in 18 games.

Suarez has also drawn 4 penalties, and all of Ibrahimovic, Ronaldo and Messi take penalties for their team. If Suarez did the same he would have 13 goals in 13 games (most likely). LOL Benzema. Though if Suarez played on Madrid he'd probably have 50 goals by now.

Not that it really matters though since it's measured over a whole club season in which Suarez has more than anyone in club football. GG.
