Well City did lose to Wigan (though yeah, they didnt have 2 or 3 regulars) so I mean, they must be thinking why cant we beat Arsenal?

True but if your Wigan, your probably thinking more about what they just did than what happened last time.

Just saying, Wigan will probably show up with confidence and that can be a dangerous thing for a weak team up against Arsenal, who will probably show up with some nerves so close to winning a title.

Of course they'll think that they can beat Arsenal when they just beat City.

It's why we have to be up for it, best team available and 100% effort. We can't afford complacency, thinking that we can beat them by passing the ball around and because we beat them last season. We have to attack them ruthlessly and kill the game as early as possible.

The Champions League is "only a cup."

A trophy is a trophy and the FA Cup is a significant piece of silverware, just like the Copa Del Rey and DFB-Pokal. Whichever club ends up lifting it at the end of the season has every reason to be proud of the achievement and celebrate.

If Arsenal lose then it's 100% on the players and fans. Besides this Arsenal team seems to have a lot more bottle in them than the Cex era teams.
