Uh, what? They've had like one legit chance all game, and it was straight a chez

I don't care about the score that much, just hope that Mourinho will park the bus 19th century style.

To be fair, he's right.
Sheikh at City could out spend Barcelona, Chelsea, Madrid and maybe even PSG all combined if he really REALLY wanted too.
EDIT: Then again, Chelsea are probably the only team in the league that can compete with them although they wouldn't win.
Just mind games to disrupt City before a big game. Could be key to whoever wins the league. Classic Mourinho mind games, move on.

Re: Barclay's Premier League discussion '13-'14 V6
"In my time we were accused of buying the title, no? Because our owner was Mr Abramovich, just arrived in the country. Maybe now people see City in a different way," the 51-year-old told reporters.
"I'm not sure if it's because it's taken them six years to get to this stage while we won straight away and I don't care. I don't envy the fact that they have this kind of protection, or whichever word. It's the way it is. Teams with success, people tend not to like them, no?
"Financially, no, we can't compete. Back then it was a free world. There was no Financial Fair Play. If your club was a rich one, your owner a rich one, there were no rules. It was an open situation but times change.
"Many things people considered wrong 50 years ago are something very normal now."

Revenue wise Manchester United is over 100m euros ahead of anyone else in the Prem, so strictly Financial Fair Play in mind they should be able to outspend the rest by a margin, too. Doesn't look like FFP will be that strict, though.

iftikhar wrote:NiallQuinnsdiscoPants and those who have followed Sunderland and Borini regularly, how was he??? I have watched games highlights and some tid-bits from live/full games (including yesterdays).
I didn't see the point in him after his first few appearances. But with more playing time his confidence has grown and he has started putting in strong performances. Forgot who it was against but there was one game he came on as a sub and completely turned things around, pretty much winning the game him self.
There are still times in games when he can go a bit anonymous for periods and then pop up with something spectacular.
I think to get the best out of him he needs to be playing regular and he needs confidence from his manager.
Not sure what will happen next season, I think we will try get him perm in the summer but not sure if liverpool will sell or if he will want too. But his tone seems to have changed from things he has said recently and seems to be more open to it, compared to earlier in the season when he said straight he wanted to return to liverpool.
He can also levitate

Sad part is Mou knows he's full of shit, but the British media keep buying everything he says so he says it.

Although I wasn't watching that intently, I didn't notice him doing much. But there was another match where he was like a live-wire, running into spaces, moving with the ball, closing opponents etc.
