Källström is as slow as mertesacker and was benched by a 79 year old Anders Svensson for Sweden. Trust me you are going to be disappointed when he signs. Probably still has it. What happened to him is that he became really very slow of foot. He was never the fastest... but he went from being fast enough to just too slow.

Tim Sherwood says there is 'zero per cent chance' of Tottenham Hotspur signing anyone today. Sherwood has batted away talk of a move for Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka and Juventus forward Mirko Vucinic.

Sherwood also confirmed no-one else will be leaving White Hart Lane today on loan after Lewis Holtby moved to Fulham.

Sky Sports sources understand Blackpool winger Tom Ince's talks with Crystal Palace have a hit a hitch.

However, negotiations are still continuing and that the deal is not dead in the water. It's also understood that reports Palace are interested in Bolton winger Lee Chung-yong are not true.

I still don't get it why he even left at first and didn't sign with Atletico yet! He was perfectly fit!

financially they could not afford him so he had to leave. Simeone wanted the club to sign him permanently but with them not being in CL and finishing outside the top 4 it meant that they could not hold on to both him and Falcao at the same time so he had to leave

So Atletico get Josa Sosa, and possibly now Diego. Aren't they pretty much gonna play in the same role and Sosa was a back up as is? Not bad to have depth though. They are also trying to land Ever Banega, which would be awesome. He is a different type of mid compared to Diego and Sosa and could be a awesome addition if he plays at the level he can.

I imagine Koke will be moved down next to Gabi and Arda, Sosa and Diego will share the roles as L/RAM. Banega will probably be used to cover for Gavi. Oliver Torres got injured vs Bilbao so I am thinking Diego was brought in as an emergency replacement

They have many injuries right now. Luis is out for a month now as well, so they are extremely thin everywhere on the pitch atm. I bet they wish they hadn't loaned out Saul now

Shinji Kagawa will not be making a deadline day move away from Manchester United, according to his agent Thomas Kroth.

The 24-year-old Japan midfielder, who signed from Borussia Dortmund for a reported £12m in the summer of 2012, has only made nine appearances in the league this season.

When asked about whether the player would remain at Old Trafford after the summer, Kroth said: "That's still five or six months away."
