Ajax have taken a big step this season. we defeated Barcelona, outplaying them from start to finish. The blueprint is there. If we can just hold on to our players a bit longer, that could have been a cl final!

Maybe now Tata Martino would start shifting Barcelona back to their ever so cherished philosophy.

Congrats to Ajax. I have to say though that Barca could and should have won this match comfortably if they approached it in a smarter way.

Their approach and even their formation from the start really made it harder for them.
