Should be a blessing in disguise for Real Madrid, not sure about Germany. Isco can get his starting spot back. Ideally Alonso would be dropped and the midfield would be Casemiro, Modric and Isco.

Iniesta isn't the best at defending and Isco is similar to him. CM's don't need to be defensive experts if a proper pressing system is in place, which what Ancelotti wants.

It has and along with his reputation it will mean he'll continue to start at least for this season. However in the future, Isco should be starting and a proper DM should play.

Isco is similar to Iniesta when he has the ball, in the way he dribbles. IMO he is best suited to SS/LW whereas Iniesta is a CM/AM

I still don't get how he got injured

He dived in to tackle Pirlo, his fall to the ground looked normal. Before you know it he's being stretchered out of the park...

And can we stop with isco this, isco that, there is a reason why he is getting benched, he sucks at cm for now he needs to learn it, not be thrown in even further i swear some madrid fans always go fifa logic.
