He isn't blameless but he isn't the sole reason we lost I get your chivaliry points for him but he should've been more careful Honestly, their leftback outdid Alves by miles in one night

When a player has to be more careful because the Ref is absolute garbage then something is wrong with football.

The ref is not supposed to be an obstacle. Khedira is blameless.

All control and no goals until Khedira saw the red card(Di maria playacting with a push afterwards...). Afterwards, the midfield was a mess like in the two previous games. Mou subbed Benz off for CR7. They still couldn't do anything. At some point, Levante scored on counter because Carvalho had the sudden urge to mark the same man Marcelo did Ozil came on the last 20 minutes, obviously too late

I don't blame Khedira at all, it was all Di Maria.
The entire situation would've been resolved if Di Maria would've gone on with it.
He needs to get benched I wanna see Callejon having a go on the wing he's always done a good job when he played, but knowing mou Di Maria could score a hat trick own goal and still play next week.

We can all agree here that his second yellow was way too harsh, but simple fact of the matter is that if he hadn't pushed that guy from Levante, he wouldn't be carded period.

When Busquets rolls over exaggarating fouls like a *bleep*, he isn't doing the irrational thing, even if it is despicable, because experience tells us that he is at a very low risk of getting a card for that, much less a second yellow. On the other hand, just one foul well acted out (out of several he will be involved in during a normal game) can raise the odds of the opponent seeing red by leaps and bounds.

On the other hand indiscipline - pushing, elbowing, harsh, reckless or outright dangerous tackles - are completely irrational. They increase the odds of you getting a card, whereas the opponent stands to lose nothing.

So if you put A (diving, theatrics) and B (increased aggressivenes in fouls) together, you will notice that instead of being opposing forces that seek to cancel each other out, the two actually create a momentum which inevitably leads to increased odds that team B is going to be on the receiving end of unfavourable refereeing, and quite possibly a red card.

Khedira was innocent and just unlucky to be the victim of Levantes shit antics.

I think we just need to move on. finding who was at fault won't get us anywhere. we lost 3 points, nothing more, put the blame on the team not individual.
