Respected journalist Alfredo Pedulla has reported that Hernanes is unlikely to renew his contract at Lazio.

The Brazilian playmaker has a deal at Stadio Olimpico until 2015, but Pedulla has claimed this afternoon that the former Sap Paulo man does not want to remain with the Biancocelesti.

It leaves Vladimir Petkovic’s side in something of a quandary regarding the attacker.

Hernanes has become an integral and vital part of the starting XI since arriving in 2011, and has been heavily linked with a switch to Paris Saint-Germain.
