Problem with Di Maria is he just becomes a crossing machine. That's no what Ancelotti's style is. It's to remain patient and look for an opening. Not to rush like it was under Mourinho.

I think currently the players are adapting to the new style, which is why at times Mourinho's style is being played.

In terms of the tactics, we need to improve the possession play. I think Callejon would have been a good option for RW. Usually in a 4-3-3 having a goalscoring out wide is a good idea, as opposed to a different type of player like Di Maria. Final third play needs to improve and the players need to forget Mourinho's style and adapt quicker to Ancelotti's.

Defensively, again, the team needs to be more organised. There needs to be better pressing. Right now the team randomly just sits back.

Also 2 defensive fullbacks don't work in this system.

If Benzema is chosen ahead of Morata on the next La Liga match, I will boycott the entire season.

Really, in Ancelotti's eyes Diego Lopez starts cause he is more on form than Casillas, yet Morata and Carvajal are both more on form than Benzema and Arbeloa resp. yet they sit out these kind of matches.

My question is once benzema gets benched, will the midfield stop getting overrun, will we create more chances, concede less goals and will the rest of the team suddenly stop looking confused?

Just asking since he is the cause of all our problems from defense to midfield, he is the one who decides all our games on his own

But if you compare Benzema and Morata in terms of form, it's Morata that stands out as the best option, the last two la liga matches speak for themselves, a goal vs Levante and more chances to score vs Atletico, yet less minutes to do so. I'm saying Morata deserves to start ahead of Bezema until Benzema proves otherwise.

Same goes to other players, Arbeloa is the one that comes to mind. Carvajal is better at any aspect than Arbeloa, yet he has yet to be given proper chance to play. Marcelo has yet proved that he is better than Coentrao at any department even in defense.

The defense to midfield is a tactical problem that needs to be sorted out by Ancelotti. Tonight we played a stealth 4-4-2 formation with Isco moving from left midfielder to central attacking midfielder so people wouldn't say it was a 4-4-2 again.

What's the point of playing good if you don't win? Football is about goals ... But still I can't think of anything Benzema is better at than Ronaldo. His overall play isn't better than Ronaldo's nor he is performing better

well for one i know whoever our striker is, they wont resort to blocking our chances at goal....higuain would have never been in such a position....a striker standing in that area during a set piece makes no sense....i hope we get suarez....i was very skeptical of this idea about selling one striker so the other one doesn't have competition....especially when the other has a reputation of being lazy and inconsistent...(btw the video is via youtube)
