Juventus and Samsung confirm three-year partnership
Juventus Football Club has today confirmed a three-year sponsorship agreement with multinational electronics company Samsung.
The global market leader in consumer electronics is renowned for its commitment to innovation and can already count on important strategic partnerships with the likes of Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Olympiacos and Real Madrid.
Presenting the partnership was Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta: “We’re proud to have consolidated our rapport with Samsung. Being alongside other top European teams makes us particularly proud and encourages us to continue our work with even greater passion and determination.”
Carlo Barlocco, Senior Vice President of Samsung Electronics Italy, added: “We share the same values: innovation, leadership, performance and excellence. This new partnership will enable us to pursue even more exciting new challenges and objectives together.”
The agreement will see Samsung provide the club with a host of state-of-the-art equipment, installing televisions, plasma screens and a 16-screen ultra HD video wall at Juventus Stadium and Juventus Training Center.
In addition, Juventus College students will have tablets, notebooks and interactive whiteboards made available to them in the classroom as they combine their academic studies with sporting activity.
The partnership will also be extended to the club’s medical department, which will be able to take advantage of the latest hi-tech equipment developed by the South Korean company.
