Vidal ready to pen Juve extension

Juventus will reportedly meet with the agent of Arturo Vidal on Friday to wrap up talks regarding a contract extension.

The 26-year-old, currently tied to the Turin giants until June 2016, should put pen to paper on fresh terms until 2018.

Tuttosport claims Juve director general Beppe Marotta has an appointment with Fernando Felicevich later today to finalise details.

Vidal, signed in 2011 from Bayer Leverkusen, will net around €3.5m a season.

The Chilean international midfielder was reportedly of transfer interest to Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid during the summer.
