Re: Return of the Top Defenses of the Top 5 Leagues 2013-2014 (stats)
Thanks, looks like I forgot to correct the Calc table after updating the absolute league goals -_- If you find other mistakes, please don't hesitate to tell me.
For the leagues I usually consult the current league tables after the matches and don't just add the goals from the matches of the day, so possible mistakes should be automagickally fixed after each matchday.
The Cups are a bit more problematic as there are no proper overviews and I have to browse through the cup competitions matchday by matchday, so I can't guarantee I won't make one or the other mistake, even though I try to be as diligent as possible.

Surprised Mou didn't bench Cech for conceding a lot of goals. He had no problem doing it to Iker.

After the last CL & EL matches of the group stage, the defense record table looks like this:

Please don't hesitate to tell me if I made any mistakes. I'm a bit tired atm, so I can't guarantee that I put up everything correctly ^^

I added today's various Cup matches to the table. I decided to add Bayern's FIFA Club World Cup matches, too. I put the CWC data into the League Cup column as Germany does not have a League cup and I didn't want to add some extra columns only for the CWC and Bayern.

Re: Return of the Top Defenses of the Top 5 Leagues 2013-2014 (stats)
Legit thread RWO.
This season has been the most competitive season I've seen in a while. Serie A kinda lagging it but once Inter and Milan find their way again Serie A will be the legit league it was. Hopefully Parma also recover their Top Table status as well.

I can't ask any more of our defense this first half of the season. They've all been excellent (including the subs Burdisso, Torosidis, and Dodo).
Amazing considering we had let in close to 30 goals this time last year.

I wouldn't say for this season but the next. Plus, I'd be a little more optimistic now that Milan will have both Honda and Rami.
