I'm not happy about this. KBP is more than Schalke could expected in my opinion. Now, Steaua will really have to worry about Schalke :facepalm:

. The german side already has a lot of talented players, but if Boateng will play b2b will help them a lot in making the connection between compartments; the counter-attacks and positional play will be more fluid.

If Schalke manages to use Boateng at his full potential, it will cause a lot of problems to Steaua. Players like Draxler, Uchida, Farfan or Szalai will now benefit of a more solid team game.

I saw Schalke in extended highlights of the 2nd leg against PAOK and in my opinion they weren't a team to fear, yet I was impressed by Draxler and Szalai, two of the greatest players from Bundesliga.

Anyway, good job for Schalke! Great transfer!

i always thought KPB is magnificient as b2b.. but allegri never used him there... except in first season..

at times he was super lazy.. infact it took him more than half a season last year to get back to his feet...

ok psv game was exceptional... but milan just wait for grass to grow.. thats how KPB form was..

maybe Schalke will benefit from him.. but milan will move on

farfan and draxler are almost fixed in the front line...draxler plays in the hole, so i was worried where they would play KPB. But if he can play as CM, nothing like it...that is what they actually needed. If he can make those transitions from defence to attack, I am glad for schalke. It will be interesting how keller uses him.
Schalke is a team with overhyped draxler, moody farfan, szalai the 6 yard misser (i will call him unless he doesnt miss such chances), shaky defence without papa. No one has to feared of them

Milan attempt now is to either sign Honda or Kaka as Boateng replacement.

if Honda doesn't come now then he will arrive in January for free, Kaka will then likely to arrive in Milan

Meh, don't care much about the Boateng move didn't really like him, but he did produce in big moments and that will be remembered.

Good luck in Schalke, surprised how they kept this transfer a secret till he was doing a medical.

15 million is a good sum as well.

But when it comes to replacements we DON'T need Kaka, he's old and is past his prime. Would much rather have Honda now than Kaka and Kaka's wages will still probably be high.
