According to RMC, Newcastle and Marseille have both offered 12 millions for Flaurian Thauvin.

Thauvin already rejected any offer other than OM.... several times. Roma offered too and he said no.

I wouldn't because Lille said since the beginning they wouldn't sell to anyone in France under any circumstances.

Whether Thauvin would accept us is another matter entirely Laughing

I don't know about that. Seems like he talked to them and didn't get the assurances he wanted... reports came out that he literally told both those clubs that he preferred Liverpool. Just having followed him for a while, i have a feeling he asked a very direct question and he either didn't get a direct answer or the answer he wanted.

Given, what's happened to him at PSG, he wasn't going to assume anything i'd wager, even if it looked good on the face of things. He wanted to hear it straight up so there is no ambiguity.

You don't think clubs would tell him whatever he wants to hear if they wanted him badly enough.

Don't hold your breath mole. If Thauvin were to come off OM, he would go to Roma who have already offered 10+ mil. That's his likely alternative.

But he is adamant about OM and only OM. Since OM is offering good money now, Lille would be stupid not to take it. The cynic in me believes they buy Gomis with the money Laughing

But i doubt Thauvin would want to come and join this mess.
