Re: Do Sunderland know what they're doing?
Do Sunderland have any plans to supplement their wide players? Jozy is a forward who thrives on service from out wide, and Sunderland weren't particularly effective with that type of play last season. Johnson, McClean, and Larsson have all looked like effective wide players at one point or another, but never consistently and never together at Sunderland.

Beyond the pursuit of Giaccherini, I mean.

Giaccherini plays on the left ?
Johnson got allot better towards the end of the season.
And tbh that wasn't the area the let us down last season, plenty of balls were being played from the wings just the forwards weren't doing anything with them.

And all the yanks I have seen going on about service for Jozy said he was thriving on the service from Maher, who was a central midfielder weren't he ?

If Norwich don't buy Quags, I'll be a Sunderland fan for the Prem next year.

Just discovered we have a pretty big supporters branch in Italy, called the Black cats of Italy.
Looks like they have been camped out at our training camp in Italy hanging with players are the staff.
Must be a great time for them seeing us train there ,signing Giaccherini and being linked with the other Italian players.

This is an interview with our DOF De Fanti who is behind the players we have signed.
It gives a bit more information about what is currently going on at Sunderland.

BUMP
You got to say almost all of Di Canio's signings were bad ones. Pretty much only Mannone and Borini have been successes. Those two were also the only ones who started their previous game against West Brom. So we can probably say that Sunderland did not know what they were doing last summer.
Great that we're staying up anyway
