Yeah, some West Brom Journo says It's an agent of his..but not his brother..or something.la bestia negra wrote:i believe his agent is actually his brotherFirenze wrote:SKY
Apparently he has NOT retired, just been given compassionate leave. Good news since he's a good budget option in Fantasy Football.
His agent has apparently died :/

Re: Official Retirement Appreciation Thread
Unbelievable in his day, a guy with superb ability with the ball but unlike so many, put in a shit load of work defensively.
Was amazing for Porto in that CL winning year and carried it straight over to Barca.

Ottmar Hitzfeld announced his retirement as coach after the World Cup 2014. He will continue as pundit afterwards, but he stated that after Rio his coaching career will be over.

Re: Official Retirement Appreciation Thread
Alessandro Nesta has officially announced his retirement from the game, after playing professionally for the last 20 years.
He has said after a few month's break, he will study and become a coach.
Good bye to one of the greatest CB's of all time, Alessandro Nesta

Nesta
Absolute legend of a defender. I remember in the early 2000s when I used to watch a lot of Serie A and he was playing with that impressive Lazio side, I thought my god this guy has the potential to be one of the greatest defenders of all time. Sigh, always sad when greats like him call it a day.
