Hypothetical Situation: Arsenal sell Nasri and Cesc

I would go something like this.......
Btw as far Benzema goes he will not be playing as a left winger, more of a left inside forward playing in between an ss and lw, kinda of how Villa plays for Barca for example.

it could work especially since both Song and Wilshere are extremely hardworking players
with Gervinho and maybe adding another striker it would work extremely well

One thing Hleb played on right and Rosicky played on the left, Walcott was a squad player at that time.
Also it was a different 4-4-2 it was'nt as flat as appeared as Hleb and Rosicky played extremely narrow which made it into more of a diamond 4-4-2 or 4-3-1-2.
I am not saying that would'nt work but a flat 4-4-2 with two cm's and two wingers will not work anymore.

Nobody plays a flat 4-4-2 these days. Any 4-4-2 you do see always transitions into 4-2-3-1 or 4-2-4.
Our 07/08 formation pretty much played out as a very attacking 4-5-1.

Hamsik wont replace him, but def do a good job nonetheless, passings not the same, but shooting is better, hes faster and more mobile

Probably see if I could hussle Benzema from Real Madrid for a fee less than 30 million and also purchase Hazard as I really do see him as someone who would adequately replace Nasri. Fabregas, is kinda irreplaceable at this point in time and Sahin has done gone to Real Madrid so I would invest in a stronger DM to accompany Wilshere and Ramsey. Vidal seems like a good option.
But what would be the most major investment, head hunting a Dr. Gregory House - esque, well, doctor. I bet the injury crisis would be no more...
