Fabregas achieved his dreams early. Won nearly everything by the time he was 26 and then left Barcelona for a lesser club. Few players would retain their best motivation and therefore their best form in those circumstances. He's 28 now and playing just for the paycheck like a 33-year-old would. The good part is that his fat contract is until summer 2019. But I don't think he's going to last in Chelsea's midfield beyond 2016. After that he's going to be one expensive bench player or get a fat payout and sign for Galatasaray.
