Kucka is

First he was good,then we bought 50% of him and he instantly became a worthless piece of junk.Then we sold that 50% and he's suddenly good again and Milan and Napoli want him.

Kucka a solid De Jong alternative but definitely not a starter. So one squad player out that is unhappy and one in that will be hungry and keen to do well. Not bad I think as long as we don't lose too much money as a result of the moves.
