Good season for PSG:
- Already achieved it in CL by reaching quarters. It's all bonus now.
- Ligue 1 is a must
- Cup win is a bonus
- Attractive playing style is a must

Can't see Roo anywhere except United unless he's forced out.
But I would like Roo at Juve purely for the "Old Lady" jokes and watching Roo give a press conference in Italian - Joey Barton style would be GOAT.

Hey, didn't he threaten to go to ManCity in 2010 or so, too, just to get that improved contract at ManUtd he's on today?

Re: Daily Transfer Rumors thread
He pulled a stunt saying that the club lacked ambition (United lacking ambition? ) with their transfers and that he might want to leave. It dragged out and ended with him signing a new deal where he gets a juicy £1,000,000 paypacket per month.

Re: Daily Transfer Rumors thread
If Rooney gets a new deal it'll be on lower, rather than higher wages. In the end it's all just media speculation based on a huge overreaction to one match, in my honest opinion.

Re: Daily Transfer Rumors thread
Didn't Rooney's wide express outrage on twitter though when he didn't start? It's happened more than once this year. It's the same situation as when he was with CR7 except he doesn't have youth on his side and, thus, won't be patient.

Ibrahimovic already tired of PSG
Juventus want Ibrahimovic, but his return is impeded by his high wages. The Bianconeri would want him to take a pay-cut to make the deal possible.

---------------------------------
Nasri to PSG for €25m
Despite having a contract until 2015 with Manchester City, Nasri could leave England to sign for Paris Saint-Germain. But the Citizens don't want to sell the attacking midfielder for less than €25m.

anyone doubting we can afford ibras wages are forgetting we will have iaquinta+ 1 of the current strikers we have on our books will be getting sold+ anelka's nd bendtner's loan will surely not be renewed. those will be huge wages off our books and we still own felipe melo so he will fetch us a handy 5 or so mil. i think we can afford his wages but it comes down to will we be prepared to pay a 32 year old 6-8 mil a season plus an expensive transfer fee? i doubt it. but i hope the deal happens

Also, Ibra commands at least 12-13 mil in salary. 6-8 is a dream, not going to happen.

Jackson Martinez's representative, Giovanni Fiore:
"I can confirm that there's a strong interest from Barcelona. They are not the only Spanish team keeping tabs on him, though. There's an important team from Madrid as well," Fiore told Tuttomercatoweb.
"Additionally, there is serious interest from a big Italian team, and a few other clubs have enquired about his availability, too.
"Porto might study any offers they get, but we're talking about big bids here given the player's importance to the club."

Re: Daily Transfer Rumors thread
im tired of n9 being quoted for outrageous money. First it's Falcao with that silly release clause, maybe he is worth it, but he would be the only one. Cavani rated at 60m? get the fck out, i keep watching him, and there is nothing special about that lad. Sure he can score, but he is a hustler, not a lethal finisher. give me Michu over him anyday. Jackson has a release clause of 40m ffs, good luck unlocking that. If Madrid spend that kind of money on a pure 9 i will slap someone, might as well keep what we have and try to make it work.

Roma to sign deal with Nike - report
Roma are set to sign a long-term deal with sports brand Nike, according to reports gathered by Bloomberg.
The USA-based company will replace Kappa as the team's kit manufacturer as of next season, although the deal has yet to be confirmed by the club.
The agreement comes after a U.S investment group, led by hedge fund manager James Pallotta, took over the Giallorossi in August 2012.

Premier League pair to bid for Jovetic
Premier League duo Arsenal and Manchester City will bid for Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic, according to reports.
The Daily Express have claimed that the English pair are keen on the Montenegro international, and are willing to match the €35m price-tag the Viola will ask for.
The 23-year-old has constantly been linked with a move away from the Stadio Artemio Franchi, but has so far ignored the speculation this season – scoring 12 goals in 23 League appearances for the Tuscan side.

Re: Daily Transfer Rumors thread
mole, yes i would rather 15m for Michu than 50 millions for Cavani. it's not about saving money by the way, and although Cavani has proven he can sustain the level of play he is at over more than a year, i wouldnt pay that kind of cash for him. I see him quoted everyday now linked to madrid, not that i believe it to be true, but gosh i would rather stick with what we have for example. tired of seeing undecent money going to players that arent worth it.

Re: Daily Transfer Rumors thread
Nothing special about a guy who has pretty close go 1 goal/game at Napoli, playing in serie A. No he's not going to tear defenses up, but neither did Pippo Inzaghi...
No Cavani doesn't look anything special because he's a finisher. Not a dribbler, playmaker or whatever else.
Also, ML has a good point. Iaquinta, Bendy, Anelka, one of the current strikers and Melo earn more than Ibra after tax. (Combined obviously)
