I like the team. Stoke will defend very deep so not sure if Theo will be that effective in this game.

Interesting that both Cazorla and Podolski are rested...
Our bench has no cb and has two fb..? Anyway better than seeing Squillacis name up there...

Arsene NEVER makes subs at half time, so it's not gonna happen (yet). Monreal did ok seeing as he's just arrived in a foreign country and is not settled.
Thought Diaby, Arteta, Merty, Kos and Theo did well first half.
Theo looking the most likely.

Defence looked good today.
Stoke didn’t park the bus. They parked two Boeing 747′s.
The subs changed the game, perhaps a little late for my liking.
Shawcross and Owen should’ve seen red, but we won anyway.

Monreal was awesome, didn't think he could adapt so quickly and having your debut against Stoke is never an easy occasion. 
Only watched the last 20 minutes, but our defending seemed a bit better, maybe because of the absence of Vermaelen. (

Stoke didn't attack at all tbf. Our defence wasn't tested much apart from Set Pieces
